There are reasonably spacious and bright rooms with clean bathrooms.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the deluxe queen room with views of the ocean, everything was well-maintained. The employees were nice and exceptional. They provided a delicious and satisfactory breakfast. I had such great days staying at this brand-new hotel.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would use them next time. The hotel was gorgeous and quiet, great value, ideal for our purposes. The room was modern and bright, the bathroom was best. The breakfast was particularly good and delicious, we appreciated its variety.

I loved the room with a balcony. Had variety of options for breakfast, it was reasonably good and delicious. The staff was very attentive and amazingly attentive, and requests were handled quickly.

They offered bright and new-fashioned rooms with terrace, bathroom plus double bed. It was in a marvellous and stunning location down wrought iron steps into the sand.

Place was absolutely gorgeous and quiet, really enjoyed the stay.

The facilities in the a double room were NEW, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous for traveling around Mazatlan, near food selection, the restaurant and such a beautiful beach. Found Palapa del Mar with perfect drinks 700 feet away.

Its staff are excellent.

As for me, the location is great, down wrought iron steps into the sand. Have to say I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably good breakfast.

Views are ugly.

The pool area is spectacular, with a great view of the ocean. The property is new and everything is nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is the best in Mazatlan. Staff speaks English.

Everything was fantastic!

I was impressed with this place from the moment I stepped down the wrought iron steps and onto the sandy beach! The location under a cabana was perfect for me to relax with a welcome drink in hand. The room itself was well-appointed with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and even a terrace with a gorgeous view. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area had top-notch service, and I was blown away by the spa and wellness facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and heated pool with a view.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
